Agnès Ros started her career in the world of design in her home town Ponts (Lleida). Passionate of fashion, she soon began travelling to Paris, Milan, New York, London... Later, she moved to Igualada, a town with a long textile tradition, where she joined different knitting companies working as a designer. In 1988, together with her husband, Sebastià Lloret, she founded the MESSCALINO company.

«I try my collections to be very well balanced. The initial stage of the collection is essential to me. The selection of the raw material, whether yarn for knitting or prints and fabrics, preferably noble and natural... Then, the most creative part, where we define shapes and finishes for every model and where I can show my style».

MESSCALINO is a fashion brand for a dynamic, active, modern woman who likes quality, comfort and original design in her clothes. 

MESSCALINO collections are characterized by a careful design, which combines textures, prints and finishes to get smart clothes expressing personality. 

MESSCALINO, with two collections a year, is present in the Spanish market through a net of eight own stores, corners in more than fifty El Corte Inglés department stores and more than 750 multi brand stores.

MESSCALINO exports its collections to Holland, Ireland, Japan, Portugal, Germany, Italy and France and expects to widen its international presence in the USA and United Kingdom. 

In 2010/2011, you will find us in fashion fairs such as SIMM (MADRID), WHO´S NEXT (PARIS) and PURE (LONDON).
